We believe every young person deserves the chance to achieve their full potential.

However, barriers like poverty, homelessness, and educational and economic challenges can feel insurmountable. These obstacles rob students of opportunities to succeed, leaving them without the skills, support, or connections they need to thrive.

At Sharefest, we’re breaking down those barriers—and transforming lives through career focused programming.

Every $2,500 given, funds one student’s participation in Sharefest’s Career Connections program for a full year, helping disadvantaged youth achieve economic success through:

• Career Preparation and Planning: Equipping students with essential skills like reliability and punctuality, inspiring them through field trips and guest speakers, and preparing them for the workforce with workshops on career planning, financial literacy, and more.
• Career Experience: Both simulated and real-world experiences, including mock job interviews and paid internships with Sharefest, to prepare students for professional success.
• Career Placement and Support: From job identification and application to ongoing mentorship and guidance, we support students throughout their transition into adulthood.
