Sharefest Career Connections is a vital bridge between high school and employment for youth facing significant barriers and often on the verge of dropping out. Sharefest guides them to boost their skills and readiness for the workforce or college. Youth join Career Connections through one of our partner schools or our post-graduation internship. We're dedicated to helping every youth begin a career path that sets them up for a brighter future.

HERE'S HOW OUR CAREER CONNECTIONS PROGRAM WORKS:
PARTNER SCHOOLS
Our Career Connections program provides courses at traditional and continuation high schools to students who have fallen behind or are at the greatest risk of dropping out.
MENTORING
Career Connections provides one-on-one or group mentoring to high school and postgraduate youth as they uncover their career pathways.
INTERNSHIP
After graduation, youth are invited to participate in a six-week paid internship program. They complete career assessments, gain professional skills, network with industry professionals and receive a year of professional mentoring after completion.
CAREER LAUNCH
Our ultimate goal is to set each youth on a path toward a prosperous career by facilitating job placements, internships, educational tracks, or apprenticeships.
Every youth deserves to dream beyond their circumstances. With career exploration, preparedness and mentorship, we help broaden their horizons, empower them to chase aspirations, and reshape their future.
