“I know the Lord’s love outweighs my struggles. I am victorious.” Mr. Malone grew up between the coasts in North Carolina and California. At a young age he experienced homelessness after the deaths of his immediate family. Mr. Malone says, “Math definitely saved my life.” He believes math is essential for urban youth to help level the economic playing field. Mr. Malone. received his degree in mathematics from UC Riverside in 2010. He is also a self-taught musician and doesn’t just inspire our students through his math skills he is also pioneering Sharefest’s first ever songwriting class. Mr. Malone is a college math professor, professional musician, martial arts teacher and Sharefest instructor. He considers himself blessed to do the work he does. We aren’t sure how he has time to do it all but we are thrilled he does and we consider ourselves blessed to have him on the Sharefest team!
