Sharefest gives youth facing significant barriers the skills, support, and connections they need to achieve economic success.
Los Angeles youth will no longer be limited by barriers to economic mobility.
We create space for all to discover community and become part of something bigger than themselves.
We invite individuals from all communities to join together, share their experiences and use their talents as we build a better future.
We bring our best to the table and consistently seek opportunities to grow ourselves, bring out the best in others and lift up our communities.
We learn from each other first, admit our faults, ask for help and elevate others as we uncover pathways to growth.
HERE'S HOW WE DO IT...

Deliver ongoing mentoring, educational support, and case management
Initiate opportunities for students to build their networks and while exploring multiple pathways to success
Create connections directly to the workforce through industry partners and local trade organizations
Guide, support and resource students after high school on their journey to the workforce or college
MOST SUCCESSFUL AND BENEFICIAL
“Of all of my partnerships, I feel the partnership with Sharefest has been the most successful and beneficial to my students.”

OUTCOME GOALS FOR OUR YOUTH
The youth we work with are survivors. They have persisted through challenges some of us would never dream possible. It is our job to help them uncover their resilience and channel it into their college and career goals.
Social capital is a web of relationships that has economic benefits. Unfortunately, it has not been evenly distributed among people and groups. But our research shows it is one of the most powerful factors in determining economic mobility.
