Employees from Watson Land Company joined Sharefest and Carson Parks & Recreation teams for a day of service at Del Amo Park, helping plant, landscape, and paint in a space that means so much to local residents.

For many volunteers, this park is more than just a project site. The green spaces and sports fields are part of their community, where families gather and neighbors connect. Together, we’re helping create spaces that foster connection, belonging, and opportunity for local residents.

If we didn’t have a successful start here in Carson, we wouldn’t have been successful in other places. A Lasting Partnership
Watson Land Company was Sharefest’s very first corporate partner to invest directly in our youth development programs. The company’s support helped Sharefest to grow from serving just a single continuation high school to working with 19 continuation high schools across Los Angeles County. And nearly two decades later, Watson is still showing up and investing in brighter futures for local youth.
